Before sending out all products, our company will take photos of the products purchased by customers and the delivery contents. If the products can be unpacked, the company will take test photos/videos to ensure that the products are operating normally. If the product successfully paid online is out of stock from the supplier, our store will refund the relevant out-of-stock product within 48 hours. If the customer pays by bank transfer/cash at the store, the refund amount will be the amount paid by the customer for the out-of-stock items. If payment is made via Paypal, the refund amount will be deducted from the handling fee charged by Paypal.


Orders that have been successfully paid for are not refundable unless they are out of stock.
